I realized a lot of people hate cauliflower rice because it either tastes raw or is abysmally soggy. I made this video for an aunt who was struggling to figure it out.
This is cauliflower rice at it’s simplest – nothing but garlic and onion as aromatics, with salt and pepper for seasoning. The trick is to stir fry it fast and watch for the magic moment when it is just cooked and to stop cooking the cauliflower before it gets wet. It takes literally less than 3 minutes!
